Bananas and melatonin, miso/seaweed and detox, broths and convalescence, wild ferments like kimchi and healthy bacterial flora.

Balance is important

Eating regularly/blood sugar, eating good proportions of grow/go/glow foods, eating enough good food

Detox

Water is your best detox, de-stressing is second best, and toxin avoidance (over-processed food, chemicals like sugar/soft drink, MSG, aspartame, red 40, unnecessary meds, allergens) is third best. Milk thistle capsules and stress relief herbs are good adjuncts.
